It refers to the advanced cabler technologyat home and abroad, combines with the wire
and cable manufacturing situation in China and redesign. It is composed of payoff, stranding cage, wire gathering device, taping machine, meter counter, capstan, electrical control box etc.
This machine adopts PLC program control, use frequency conversion motor controller
makes output shaft rotating speed constant. There are hydraulic driver and electromagnet brake makes machine stops steadily and rapidly. Take up and traverse device adopts bobbin traversing type take up. Motor starts operating before main stranding cage starts
running conversely, motor stops after stranding cage stops so as to meet the requirement of cable manufacturing process.
